Beautiful fitted family kitchen
Well this was a slow cooked kitchen that took a long time to serve up, but boy was it worth waiting for. Our lovely client Carolyn asked us out in the cold dark depths of winter to the little bungalow she had just bought. She won't mind me saying that it was like stepping back into the 70's (I can just about remember them). Having just moved in, all her belongings were half in and half out of boxes but she wanted to get the ball rolling with the kitchen. She had big plans for this little bungalow which would end up doubling its size and dragging it in to the 21st century. The only problem was these plans were fluid as an unset jelly.
Over the next six months we designed the kitchen for three different rooms which were half demolished or not built. Eventually from the architect plans we settled on the design you can see in the video. This spacious light bright beautiful kitchen was completed over a year after Carolyn first contacted us. What a pleasure it has been to be with her on this journey. Our fitters and her builders worked around each other and did a fabulous job to achieve Carolyns' dream kitchen. It is a classic Shaker style ivory coloured kitchen with solid quartz work tops with some eye caching design features that the neighbours are still admiring today. Great lay out for when you have friends over for a dinner party or just a cosey breakfast on a lazy Sunday.
